Alex Elbanna - Bitcoin forecast for 2021!

2020 was an atypical year in any sector you decide to analyze, but in the financial sector it was even more unusual. - Alexander Elbanna

With the Coronavirus pandemic worsening in the first months of the year, we could already imagine that certain changes would be inevitable for society, in order to maintain social isolation and containment of the virus. What no one imagined is that, in a year like this, marked by intense challenges and a feeling of helplessness in the face of a problem that seemed unsolved, the cryptocurrency market caused a real revolution and brought good reasons for its investors to celebrate the end of the year!

Bitcoin in 2021, is it worth investing?

If you are still unsure whether or not to invest in Bitcoin in 2021, continue reading this article and I will explain why it is worth betting your chips on crypto for next year!

You probably already understood that Bitcoin is a strong growth trend, but do you understand why? Why is this investment really worthwhile?

There are some fundamental points that make this type of asset extremely attractive to the public, let’s understand it better now.

  • Bitcoin adherence only increases
  • Changes in the financial sector were fueled by the pandemic
  • Greater security and speed in transactions
  • High volatility that protects against inflation and other conservative asset risks

First of all, it is important that you understand that, as Bitcoin is a relatively recent movement in the financial sector, it may seem that it is not yet a system that is widely adhered to by society. This is where the error is. It has not yet reached its full potential in society, but it is making great strides towards this, since the number of users, as well as large investors, adepts of cryptocurrencies is only increasing.

In addition, the pandemic inserted a context in society of minimizing physical contact as much as possible and optimizing people's space and time. With that, a series of changes in the way we relate to money were implemented and more people were identifying with the proposal that cryptocurrencies bring, which is financial decentralization.

Also, the recent appreciation of Bitcoin came as a consequence of the actions that governments took to contain the effects of the pandemic on their respective economies. With a wave of fiscal and monetary stimuli, people are looking for risky assets to invest in, or less conservative than a savings account, for example. It is a way that the population has found to guard against high inflation and devaluation of fiduciary (or national) currencies.

That is why it is understood that investment in crypto is more secure and has been establishing itself as a strong trend for 2021. As more people and institutions identify with this trend, their awareness of the value proposition becomes stronger decentralized cryptocurrencies and more people are joining Bitcoin, generating a continuous cycle of warming up of the financial structure.
